I had the pleasure of ordering an 2023 Icon I40 golf cart from Affordable golf carts. As soon as I entered the store I was immediately greeted with a warm friendly hello by Melissa. Melissa was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. She wasn't in a rush. She gave me her opinion on the type of golf cart to look at as well as certain accessories to put on the golf cart - no high pressure, just good ideas and good input! I had some technical questions to ask and I was then introduced to Travis. Travis answered every question and explained in detail the operation of the golf cart. I wanted some customization done on the cart - Travis assured me that everything that I wanted could be done at their shop - so I decided to order my golf cart. A couple of weeks later, Melissa called me and told me that my golf cart was ready and I can come in to look at it before it was delivered. Melissa and Travis looked over the cart with me - Travis made a few minor adjustments and then we set up a delivery date. My experience with Affordable Golf Cart was nothing but exceptional! Melissa and Travis are employees that truly care and believe in full customer satisfaction! They are a true asset to Affordable Golf Carts. It is definitely worth a trip going to Affordable Golf Carts - you will not be disappointed with the pricing or with the impeccable customer service! Purchased a used EZ-GO golf cart last year. A Veterans discount was applied to the sale, thank you. A battery draining condition recently popped up. Affordable, picked up my cart, (no charge for that and returning the cart), great policy. Diagnostics showed a short in the headlight assembly.
Problem solved. I was a few days out of my one year warranty and when I tried to pay, the service advisor kindly said, "NO CHARGE". Now that's real customer service and retention. You guys have a customer for life. Thank you!

I purchased a used golf car from Affordable golf cars in Venice florida. It came with a six month mechanical warranty. I had a problem with the headlights and they sent a repair man to my home and he replaced the headlight switch. Works perfect now. Later I could detect a noise in the drive train that didnt seem right. They came and picked up the golf car and replaced an input shaft. The noise is gone and the cart runs great. Everything was covered under the warranty. I appreciated that they stood by the warranty, no questions, no hassles. This is a quality company to do business with. I highly recommend them.
